...you're essentially banning something by making it really expensive?

Example: You're essentially infringing upon the 2A if you make ammunition cost $200 per round or make all firearms cost at least $100,000

This is a serious question. I recall there being a specific technical term for this type of legislation. Forgot what it's called.
