Just wondering, I think I know what most of the answers will be but.......
I have a very old (GGdads) Winchester 22 short pump that gets taken everytime. it is boringly accurate and is just fun. Plinking is it`s forte. Mmmkay, which one goes everytime, or mostly??? |
I bring two most of the time. The rifle of course always goes. Then the Glock 19 goes also. I haven't taken the Beretta 92FS out in a while, even though it's smooth as silk.
My dedicated Armalite target rifle makes it nearly every trip along with one or two of the other AR carbines on a rotating basis.
My 686 .357 revolver gets taken even if it doesn't get shot every trip. |
At least one AR15 and always a 10/22 or two. I usually shoot 500rds or more of .22LR everytime I go shoot. When I wear out one of the Rugers Ill let yall know.

At least one Beretta 92FS and at least one Walther P99. I'm still trying to determine which I shoot the best. Lately my .308 sniper rifle because someone told me I should be able to hit a duck at 600 yards. I think I can hit a duck at 300 yards but I'm working on it. Then I shoot an AR to loosen up after all the hard work.
Two AR's (varmint upper and M4gery) and my Savage 10 tactical .308
I can never go to the range with only 1 or 2 firearms for some reason.[:)] I always bring at least 1 10/22, whichever one I've done work on most recently. I'll also usually bring the AR just because it's so fun to shoot, and I'll bring at least one centerfire handgun and usually one .22 handgun.
Usually I go to the range because I've just done some more work to one of my rifles, or a friend's, so I take it out to function test and sight it in. The range is far enough away, though, that It'd be silly to not bring more toys and make a day out of it. |
When my 10/22 doesn't go my .38 does and vice versa. Sometimes I take both.
Oh, dont get me wrong. I always take more guns with me as well, but an AR and a 10/22 are the ones that always go. I guess I could add a Glock to the list since it is ALWAYS with me. There are several other pistols and rifles that are regular attendees to the range as well. Ive never taken any of the shotguns though. Pretty soon Ill be able to say I always take at least one machinegun with me, if the ATF would only hurry up with the transfers....

HK MP5, a Beretta BM59, sometimes I bring my Colt M4 10 incher.
The FAMAS and the Dragunov SVD havn't been shot in awhile; but I have been shooting the Thompsons' 1927 quite a lot lately. |
Glock mod 23 or: HK USP 40 and,
S&W Mod 19 shooting 38 spec or: S&W Mod 29 shooting 44 spec and, MAC 90 or: Springfield M1A or: Colt M-16A1. This combo makes mounds of brass and covers the Yen and the Yang of shooting. |

Most of the time I just step out back and hang up the targets. Or hit the spinners that stay setup all the time, just to make quick scope checks before heading out to the big range.
I am limited to about 200 feet here. Firearms that see the most usage are: AR's(m4gery and 20") Glock 30 10\22 tricked out with Volquartsen parts, Hogue stock and Heavy Barrel with a Sweet Brake And my favorite plinker, Ruger Mark II 10" Govt. Target with Volqy.Custom Grip and internals. |
My AR-15 and 1991A1 Commander always go to the range with me.

SAR-2 lately.
Usually, my Glock 20 is a constant companion. My range permits open carry, so whatever I am shooting, I always have my 20 on the hip. McUZI www.cavalryarms.com |

Oh, sorry guys. I made a mistake.
I forgot to add: *fantasy over* at the end of my post. |
I don't take everything I own.
I have a old semi sportsterised Enfield #4MK1* that I bought as my first high powered rifle many moons ago. When I bought it it was strictly a hand loading deal for me because I couldn't afford to pay $15.00 for 20 rounds of remington and there was no surplus to be found. Since that time I have aquired many other firearms but the old 303 goes every time I do. I shoot almost all surplus ammo now but I have slicked down the action and I think it is one fine piece of machinery. I love to hit those metal targets out at 300+ yards with iron sights. One other weapon goes with me every time, I don't think about it as a toy and it goes almost everywhere with me, every time I go to the range Star model PD 45ACP goes, and a minimum of 24 rounds get fired, 6 from the right 6 from the left 6 in modified Weaver stance, all at about 12 feet then 6 more at the 50 foot small gong so I remember where my long range point of aim is. |
My 1911 goes the most to the range mostly indoors.outdoor ranges the ar but still does not have as much range time
I always take my 1911, and usually my AR-15.
I can't wait to take my next trip to the range. Winter sucks. |
.300 Win Mag and my Kimber .45 auto. I try to shoot the Win Mag when there aren't many people around. The .300 makes a hell of a racket indoors.
Since you mentioned the range, it has to be my Bushmaster 20" since this is the gun I used to work up my reloads. When I blast, it's the Bushmaster, Colt SP1, Mak-90. For pistols, my favorites are Sig P229 and P226 but I also like the Glock 19 and CZ-85.
Take your pick! Spambo |
always and never without my glock 22, 27, beretta 92, ruger gp100 357, sig 245, mossberg 500,and my bushmaster shorty. after i have ran out of ammo (and $$$) my old ruger single six 22 revolver
My 10/22 and one AR always, and the Rem 700 PSS at least once a month. When it's a handgun session the Sig P226 always and either a Sig P220 or my HK P7M8....
Take care, Steve |
Hmmm, most often?
Of course the BM M4 16" w/mini Y-Comp and the Sig 226. If I'm feeling froggy, the .44 Desert Eagle and the .308 WWoodworth |
One of my Glocks and always a .22 S&W model 18 revolver or a Ruger MKII. They're fun and cheap to shoot. [:)]
At least one of my Glocks, usually one other handgun and either one of my AR's or my Remmington model 700pss.
20" AR open sights, 1911 pistol, and FAL in 308. AK might be runner up!
My Russian SKS goes everytime, atleast until I get my AR. I'm slowly building my arsenal. [}:D]

my 11-87 and my 30-06 and now my new HK USP will join them shortly
My USP40C is always with me... My Bushmaster M4gery goes to the range every time. AK and FNC sometimes go.
My Ruger 1022, and MKII for warm-up, then my AR and my 1911a1(s). Add in my TC Contender with .30-.30, and 44 mag barrels and it's a good day at the range.
