There is a pre-ban AR-15 that I can get for $650, it is a armalite-eagle arms. Is this a good buy? We looked up the serial number and it is a pre.....What do you think. This will be my first AR.

Sorry, those were known for snapping in half and putting the shooter in serious risk. Better give me the adress on where I can get it and I'll purchase it so that it can harm no one. I'm sorta an... angel.

When you say it is an armalite-eagle arms, does it say ArmaLite anywhere on it? If it does, it is a post ban unless it is a 180. Just throwing this in because that sounds very much like a post ban price. If the serial number starts with US it is a post ban. Be very, very sure.
