When Hillary went to work as SS one of the first things she was told was that she would be receiving classified e-mails( she most likely already new this). She was also instructed that the e-mails are to be sent and received through a government system. She choose to ignore the requirements for personal reasons and endanger the US. She has clearly broken the law and should be in prison plan and simple. It does not matter if she ever got or sent one classified document or not, the fact that she had good reason to believe that she would be receiving classified documents and choose to ignore that fact is gross negligence at the minimum and treason at its worse.
If one choose to drive 75 in a 35 zone and hits and kills a child it is manslaughter, because one had good reason to believe that it was a possibility. That is all.
