If things go the way they are (bigger government/socialism/communism/less freedom) I may consider moving to another country. Maybe not now but in the near future I'm considering it. I'm patriotic and an OEF Vet but it seems like the people have spoken and want to move forward away from our original beliefs. I'm finding it harder to do business here in the US due to the current feelings of the people here. So, the question is where to go....Brazil, Switzerland...???
I want to stick it out but don't think the American people have the will to do what is needed and I dont mean writing letters begging to keep their God given rights. I hope I'm wrong! EDIT...explain why you pick that country. Nothing socialist/communist something with good gun laws and low taxes |

Malta
Speak English ( former British possession) Mediterranean clime Fishing (it's an island) There are about 20 registered guns, including pistols and machineguns, for every 100 people in Malta, according to statistics released in Parliament. |

If I were a millionaire? Monaco.
Parce que je parle un peu le Français? France. I'd also take Norway or Switzerland. Norsk is pretty easy for any English speaker to pick up. |

Israel...
Beautiful land and people... and a nation worth fighting for. |

Monaco.
I'd buy a dinner jacket and escort rich old (not too old) ladies to the Casino de Monte-Carlo. |

well I moved from Aust when they went crazy NZ is like living in a little town with all the little town problems but great fishing
My choice would be some 3rd world country with no laws at all and have a fast way out |

Monaco. I'd buy a dinner jacket and escort rich old (not too old) ladies to the Casino de Monte-Carlo. and no income tax. I would go to Samoa. Good climate, nice people and they know how to eat. |

Japan, i speak enough to get in trouble, love the food and the wife owns a house there already
|

Costa Rica or Panama with a lean towards Panama. They are still grateful that we built the Canal and all that goes with it and then gave it to them (Fuck you Peanut) most can speak pidgin english if not good english. Gun laws are easily skirted with a bribe. Panama City is the financial capital of South America. Lots of hot women get imported form the rest of South/Central America.
Failing all that BC Canada, eh. |

Norway.
We have a good size family farm, I have more family there than here. |
|
Honestly Canada. Maybe Netherlands.
If I was single and didn't have any females to worry about, South Africa. |
|
I'm drawn to Sweden due to their liberal gun laws and free market reform. Also Finland due to their liberal gun laws and their push for education.
Switzerland would be fun too... Thought about Australia and New Zealand but its expensive and not so gun friendly.
|
|
Norway. My kind of weather, less retarded gun laws than most other Euro countries, decent demographics.
|

Rather a boring place to live, but if you're going to be gone all the time anyway, it's a good place for the wealthy to state as a residence. |
|
Costa Rica and live along the coast. If my wife croaks before i do I am retiring there.

AFAIK there is no country in the world with as much personal freedom and liberties as the united states. Certainly no country were civilians can own weapons like in the states. Unless of course you count Somalia. Pretty sure you can haz whatever guns you want there.
Switzerland looks nice but you better be a multimillionaire and forget about owning guns. Plus hope you like getting raped by the tax man. They pay very high taxes there. Also, if you appreciate the protections our Constitution and Bill of Rights provide, be prepared to give that all up. Still think our best bet is to take over Cuba, rename it Cuba Libre and turn it into a tax haven ala the cayman islands. |

Some pertinent Luxembourg facts.
http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Luxembourg -Luxembourg, (known in the local language, Luxembourgeois, as Legoland, meaning French people pretending not to live in France), or, more formally, The European Capital District of Luxembourg, is ruled by a group of investment bankers and tax consultants who hide under the alias of The Manditory Yawn. It is a tiny tiny insignificant country nestled somewhere within the subcontinent of Europe, and yet is not so small to preclude dreams of eventual world conquest. - Luxembourg was founded in 818 by King Ethelred of Holland who wanted some place to store his lawnmower. - The Luxembourgeois are very well known for their barbecues, which are traditionally held on Saturday afternoons. Because Luxembourg has only one neighborhood, all citizens are invited to each barbecue, hosted by a different manor each week. Because this is the only time the entire population can be found in one place, it is not uncommon to witness the formulation of national policies at these events. The Luxemburger is a staple food at Luxembourgeois barbecues and has attracted diplomats from as far away as Bhutan to attend as guests of honor. |

Switzerland.
I don't care if I have to pay for my trash by the pound or if it is very expensive to live there. I would love to live there. If I could find a job there and a path to citizenship I would move my family now. I have more in common with the political and economic values of the Swiss than almost half of my countrymen. I also share the same views on private weapons ownership and small standing armies. Switzerland is being flooded with people from EU countries looking for jobs as the Swiss have a solid economy and all EUers can get a work permit. Plus the IRS stretches its tax fingers into Switzerland, its hard for an American to get a bank account there or get work. Banks and business owners don't want to deal with the US IRS, its easier to hire non Americans. |

If you lived in a west bank settlement, or along the border maybe. Israeli gun laws are nowhere near as permissive as in the USA. |

Quoted: Israel... Beautiful land and people... and a nation worth fighting for. FUCK THAT. Surrounded by homicidal lunatics who stay awake every night thinking about how to kill you. Eventually they will get a nuke and 1 or 2 is enough to destroy such a tiny nation. Plus it's really expensive.
