 $350 for a barely used Model 1 M4 upper with Wilson barrel and sleeved fake flash suppressor (will go to Adco for corrective surgery eventually), boly, carrier, charging handle, m4 handguards with rail and an inexpensive forward grip AND detachable carry handle! New York "pre-ban" lower... refinished Essential Arms J-15 lower with collapsible stock and all internals... $89 for a stripped Mega lower in trade from a generous board member helping a brother out behind occupied lines. The flash light didn't come with the deal, but is a dealer sample from Surefire when they visited the shop I help out at and its mounted in a 1 inch scope ring. Once I ring it out at the range, this will be my trunk homeland defense rifle. |

Just think how much 2 months ago that lower (with a collapsible stock) would have cost. I basically just built a very similar gun thru the EE, but I went with an A1 stock...

Keep in mind, in NY that complete lower will still fetch $400-$500 all day long in a NYS gun shop. The lower swap is one of the greatest things this board has ever done to help each other out.

Let me get this straight - a stripped lower for a complete one with internals and stock? That's one heck of a trade! The LPK and stock are easily be worth more than the cost of the stripped lower. Major props to whoever gave you that deal. |

Yup Engineer, I offered a complete lower in trade, but he told me he had been a bad boy in his younger days and was working on building up some good karma. Any other sinners feel like repenting? Father Hiram is here to hear your confessions and dole out penance!
