I had purchased my fiance a vintage 14k movado watch with a 15 jewel movement. Anyone looking for a good deal on a present for the missus? You can have it at my cost, $250. Needs the crystal buffed, otherwise it is in awesome shape for an antique.
Anyway, since she called off the wedding, I need to get it out of my sight. |

My wife loves clothes so I gave her $500 and we went to the outlet mall.
I wanted to get her a new leather coat and a 21" monitor for her computer, but she insisted on clothes. Go figure. Thank Gawd she isn't a fru fru frilly jewelry kind of girl. I asked her one time if she wanted some diamond earrings and she says, "No... I would just lose them trying to wrestle with you." |

My wife was going to get a new CD Walkman and one of those new personal assistant gadgets (Palm etc etc).....but instead, she has asked for a divorce so I went and ordered her one about 3 weeks ago.

I made my wife a ring with a 3 carat blue diamond and two half carat accents. I can't imagine what I'd have payed for that at a jewelry store. I bet I'll get an HK SP89 next year though!

For one thing, a Henckels chef's knife to replace the one I accidently threw out in the trash the day after Thanksgiving. [:I] Bless her heart, she wasn't mad about it but I felt pretty stupid. Every kitchen needs good quality cutlery.

Got her a Citizen Eco-Drive watch (I'm tired of buying her watch batteries), antique glass, some CDs, nightgown, paintings for the bedroom (getting tired of the black velvet chihuahuas), a pair of slippers and a bunch of other crap that I can't remember. I do my shopping all year long. Whenever she points out something that she likes, I buy it. beats the hell out of rushing around December 25th like I used to!!
