What if there was another civil war over the second ammendment and the ever incrouching power of the government? Who do you think would win? Do you think it could be peacfully resolved?
Well I think that those on the side of freedom would win. Not just be cause we would be fighting for a noble cause or anything like that. But look at our numbers. Though all of the military is sworn to the presidnet I would wonder what they would do. I know that a huge precentage of them are gun ownersand patriots. What would you do if you were in there shoes??? This is a total Hypothetical and not ahint as to a major civil war in the US. Just wondering on others opions. |
|
My Sgt. Major back in JROTC told me that, if an individual tried to physically strip me of my gun (my "one tool of freedom" I believe he called it), to shoot him/her. Only 7 years later am I starting to comprehend this.
How many other enlisted men feel this way? Jewbroni~ |

i am inlisted, and i would defect in an instant, and us pro righters have to win, there is no choice...

Gee look at all the people who have read this post and not put up there responces. O well we all know what they want to say. Down with those bags of breathing crap(socially known as Democrates aka commies in disguise).
Some times the greatest peace comes after war. |
|
No if the game was over then we wouldn't have ANY gun rights what so ever. Right now we are on the loosing side of it with all the frigin illegals commin over here and voting democratic. But the war is not lost. We can still win.
|
|
The dems are better than the repubs?!?!?
I think not! With those two groups you get to pick from: A) Dems = Socialists B) Repubs = Facists |
|
BTW,
No if the game was over then we wouldn't have ANY gun rights what so ever View Quote If you think like that then we've already lost. A right is not something that can be granted nor retracted. A right is an absolute. We have subjugated our rights to the treasonous "leaders" in DC by allowing them to "regulate" them. We don't have any firearm "rights" anymore. We are granted permission to own firearms from the government. |
|
Good point. Made mehave think on that one for a sec. I think I need to write the government. I want to have my own free will and I want my constotution as it was before they screwed it up.

Depends on when it happens. Today, there may be enough true patriots that understand the meaning of the Constitution and the Second Amendment's part in the plan for America.
The news media and the school system (under the direction and influence of the NWO powers) are systematically re-educating the general populace, starting with our children. The next generations may not have the commitment to fight and win the civil war you hypothesize because they will not have the solid understanding of the concepts that the founding fathers established this country on. In short: If it happened today, maybe. If it happens in ten years, probably not. |
|
I can't say anything about kids today cause basically I qualify as one of them. I have made it know when I was attending school that I was pro 2nd ammendment. Needless to say i wasn't verywell liked by my teachers and I figure they always expected me to walk in on morning and start shooting.
And I know myself I plan to educate my childeren when I have them. I think though that we might be able to pull through this. If somthing dramtic happens I think we are strong enough to take it on. In the future I don't know. |
|
all the more reason to act now!!!!
if we stand and fight now, we have a chance. otherwise later when we stand and fight, we will die invein. i will fight, and i will die or be victoriouse, the call is (unfortunately) on everyone elses shoulders. will you stand or will i be alone when i die? FREEDOM AT ALL COST... |

Rifles4me, the military is sworn to the Constitution, NOT the President. I estimate about 60% will join us.
Survivalist, you are not alone. There are more of us than you(or THEY) imagine. My church leaders are of the opinion that we are on the eve of revival or revolt. Pray for the first, plan for the second..........[uzi] |

i have some ideas,
1) do away with the party system, elect presidents on there merits not there party 2) re-visit the constitution, make it so that the constitution is absolutely un alterable, able to change in wording, but not in meaning.(i have visited this somewhare else but don't know exactly whare) 3) eliminate loopholes in the current voteing system (again i visited this before) there are other ideas but for now, this will do. I think at first many would rally to the fight but very quickly the govt would respond very harshly. After 11 yrs Army & 12 yrs Police service I am convinced the govt. can man enought weapons systems and units with the current "brain washed" to squash any large scale movement. I think even the current "patriots" of today do not have a clue to the amount of death they would suffer from a rapid full scale govt. response. And make no mistake about it , the govt. would response

I believe we may already be at the point of no return. A change will happen, it's just a matter of when. I for one am already in the planning/preparing stages. Face it, our so called "Elected Officials" rarely listen to us and they lie to us on a almost weekly basis.
So buy ammo, find 3-5 friends that you can trust, make a plan and then keep it to yourself!! sgtar15 |

There isn't much difference between socialism and fascism is there? Remember, the nazis weren't fascist, that was Mussolini and the Italians, the nazis were Socialists.

My biggest fear about a 2nd revolution is that there are OTHER MAJOR PROBLEMS in this country. Which one will spark it off?
2nd AMENDMENT TAXES RACE RELATIONS I believe that one of these three will start it, but then the other two factors will kick in and a free for all like the world has never seen will occur. As far as the military being capable of a massive counterattack due to their superior training and weaponery, I ask you to think about how many of them would come to "our" side with those cool toys. |
|
I would agree I would like to think we might be able to get some of there stuff. When you look at it here in Nevada about 85% of all the troops based at Nelis are Republican and most of them would probably join. And Nelis does house the F-117,ThunderBirds(not that a squadron of F16 would do us that much good), and is the slated hime of the JSF.

We could win it if we stuck together. The US would have to fight us off and try to not let it's enemies over take it at the same time. They would have to let some soldiers stay in other countries to protect our interests there. If they let UN troops in then in the end they would lose their souvernty as an independent nation and leaders of the free world. If we believe that our country wants to sell us out to the UN, we must also believe that they want to control it and not let it control them, remember they are used to being the leaders of the free world.
|
|
A civil war in the United States would be a hell of an advantage for our countries enemies to launch a full attack on U.S. soil. Picture this, us against our government, enemies take advantage of our civil war and attack us and our government, The UN and other allies step in to help our government, topping it off, our enemies allies step in. The world would be a giant battlefield. Maybe that is the Apocolypse that all the religious freaks are talking about.

If we ever break into a civil war, will they stop taking federal taxes out of my paycheck? [?]

I seem to see a point in this. If it were to happen how would we defend ourselves. Basically I don't think we could stand up to a joint attack by the remenates of our government and NATO. So the only course of action would be a presisly timed assualt. But that would take time. A lot of time. And odds are it would be foiled.
And for the moment I don't see taking on the United Nations as a wise move on anyones part. This string did enlighten us or atleast me a little. It kinda puts a damper on it when you think that there is no way to win. |

Anyone ever read the enlistment contract? About defending the Constitution, and obeying the orders of the officers appointed over you? A lot of you talk a lot. Don't know how many active duty types we got here, but if and when things blow up, I don't know what we would do. That time is not here, and hopefully never will be. Rifles4Me,
don’t lose hope that we can win the war, yet. It is getting a little late to go into details tonight but I will post again tomorrow. But before I get some sleep let me jest say that it is not necessary to defeat our military to win this war, all that will be necessary is to mess up the system in this country for a long enough period to cause the GNP to go down the toilet and lets not forget about what will happen in the rest of the world where we are involved militarily. If we ever have a civil war, the countries like Iraq, Korea, China, and the Balkans will take advantage of the situation to do what we are now keeping them from doing. So Iraq will again attack Kuwait and this time might even attack Saudi Arabia, North Korea will invade the South and China will attack Taiwan. There is no way our government can fight a civil war in the United States and also keep the peace in the rest of the world. Sniper for Justice VINCE AUT MORIRE (Conquer or Die) |

Well I have not lost hope. Accually after a semi heated debate I saw the light that in a cival war it is doubtful that NATO would join in on the side of the government.
But thrid party attacks would be a big problem. I would figure China would attack but you never know. If they attacked I would figure a cease fire would be called or it would all be ended. That or NATO would step in and help defend from outside powers. About the weapons under lock and key. What happens when the people who are guarding the guns are on your side???? Just a thought. Anyway I gonna end this and bring it back upto the front. |
|
I don't know who would win, but I know the day they try is the day I go on active civilian duty in a war.
|
|
I was going to respond to Aviator, but Rifles4me beat me to it. I think a lot of the people who know how to use the toys, nd the people who have access to the toys would be coming over to our side.
Also, if things haven't changed too much since '96, it wouldn't be hard for a small team to effectively disarm an entire battalion. Of course, this would have to be a first strike to work. |
