It has been a long year but it is finally over. We got to Welcome him home at 12:30pm today. It was really awesome. The Patriot Guard Riders escorted their buses in to the Elks club, and then they stopped the busses midway and had them march in. It was really neat. Their Co kept it short and sweet which is what the guys wanted. All in all it was a great day.

 He is an avid/excellent guitarist and has been stuck plucking away on a cheap travel guitar banger with crappy strings for the last year. I just bought him a nice Paul Reed Smith (very good guitar) for Christmas.

That is awesome. I will keep you guys in my thoughts and prayers. Trust me the last few days have been the hardest,but I did get to talk to him just about every night since they were at Dix. So that was nice. God speed to your brother and can't wait for your thread so we can welcome him home.
