Help me ARFCOM! I have a video file that I want to open but every time I click on it I get an error message


Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


and then Windows Explorer shuts down. I know it's not a virus or anything because it's a file that I just rendered myself. I'm running Windows XP Home with SP2. Anybody had this problem before and/or know how to fix it?

can you redownload the file again?  

whats the file extension.   avi, mpg, vob   ?
