Yesterday I noticed that the tub on my Whirlpool LSC8244QB0 washing machine was tilted back from center. It ran fine and later I moved the tub so it is again centered.
I talked to a rep at AppliancePartsPros.com and the person mentioned several items in the base area need to be checked. Using this chart, I should check the following 3: Suspension spring 7: Spring 15: Suspension spring 17: Skate plate 18: Tub suspension pads 24: Bearing and seal kit just to check it while down there Do these seem adequate before I take the cover off? Early this year I made my first washing machine repair and also pre-emptively replaced the pump and several hoses. |

My washing machine expertise is limited to keeping the whites and colors separated. I got that part covered although recently I did add some white socks to a load of towels (colored). I was not worried since the colored items are well laundered so there was minimal risk of color bleeding. |
