Who has seen the movie Wanted? Watched it the other day and thought it was pretty sweet.

True. I enjoyed it anyways.

Certainly not a great film by no means, but I did enjoy it for what it was.
Everyone knew going into it, that this was not about to be anything close to reality based.

I loved it.  The status quo around here is that is sucked ass.

To summarize another poster: a movie that takes artistic license with ballistics does not get a pass; while a movie with a magical talking lion is perfectly fine.

Worse yet - the "I Liked V for Vendetta" crowd...

You have a good point there.

I have avoided it specifically because of the "I want you to curve the bullet" line.

Not close minded, just not interested.

And I have no idea what movie you mean with talking lions.

IMHO its like a big piece of turd with a fancy bow tied on it, its still a piece of crap, but some people just focus on the fancy bow.

Why don't you like it? Other than it needs more boobies. (That's every movie isn't it?)

oh i dunno, i guess im kinda of turned off by a movie that has stuff like Vipers flipping over buses or people who survive a hundred+ feet drop in a rail car off a bridge...

Ah, so this is a nonimaginative crowd. I know you really couldn't barrel roll a viper over a limo and get a shot off through the sunroof and score a perfect hit, but it sure did look cool. What movies do like then?

I enjoyed it.  Bought the Blu-Ray of it.  It is a MOVIE for cripes sake.  I watch movies to be entertained, not debate the laws of physics and reality.  If I want that, I watch a documentary, not a MOVIE.

See, most of these people can't just enjoy mindless entertainment for what it is.
I'd far rather watch badass flying flippin' cars do barrel rolls than some bullshit sitcom on channel 2, 4, or 7

I'm looking forward to The Fast and the Furious, Faster and Furiouser 4 or 5 or whatever it is. Previews make it look like a fun movie.
Give me some cool cars, some big titties, and a bacon sammich... I'm happy.

Oh, and if you toss in a bunch of guns, I might even watch it twice!
