Heritage Rough Riders fit most of the criteria, except the cylinders don't swing out and for some reason I can't stand that. It's easier to find the pistol I want in .38 than in .22.

New? No
Used there are Charter Arms Pathfinders, Taurus 94s, Rossis, High Standard Sentinels. Not as nice or refined as as a Ruger or Smith but ok and better than a Heritage. |
