He was guest hosting Rush's show one day and had a guest on that talked about this very issue. It was a very interesting and informative discussion. It also totalyl changed my view of the civil war and what the civil war was about.

We dropped out of the union for a couple of hours in protest. I used to have a URL for the information, but the site is gone now. |

You should have declared war, surrendered immediately, and asked for money to rebuild. The lower Florida Keys (Conch Republic) did that.
