I would suppose ShangHai About the only thing left standing from the photo in 1990 that I can see in the 2010 pic is the building in the foreground at the lower left with the tri-anguler peak roof (its lit up green in the lower left of the more modern pic) and the structures to the left and attached to that. Just the amount of additional surface they created across the water is amazing. That's crazy ass growth. |

I think that clock tower on the right in the top pic is the small glowing tower in the center of the new pic. |
