Anyone use these?
I just added two Western Digital Elements 2TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive WDBAAU0020HBK-NESN drives. 2 TB each, actually comes out to 1.81 TB formatted. Currently have 2 Seagate 500 GB FreeAgent drives. These have been very good to me, so far. 3 years and no errors. During that time I had 3 Seagate internal drives crash. 750GB each, total crap. 
The WDs were on sale for $139.99. Great price for 2 TB drives. USB3 is the way to go, sure, but for now the prices are still too high, IMO. Anyway, anyone use the WD Elements drives? |
