I FINALLY got off my lazy azz and uploaded a couple of videos that I figure the past/present tankers around these parts can appreciate, aside from the gun nuts that all of you obviously are. Nothing like the blast and recoil from the ol' 120mikemike!!!

The firing position we were on had a berm made out of cut up tires.
I just checked, the vcideos are fine. |

On my windows box, here's the trick... it's downloading the file, but tries to start playing it too soon. If it overruns what it's got already, it blows up. The solution is to hit reload and then click the pause button, and wait a minute for the data to all load, and then hit play. If it blows up, hit reload and try again.
And what the hell is that howling noise? Hydraulic pump? Holy crap it's annoying. You have to sit ina tank with that going all day? |

Click it...Pause it...let it sit a minute or two. then play it....works fine.

The howling you hear is the turbine and all of the otehr systems running. Staandard noise in an M1. Thank god for CVCs! |
