Posted this in the techie forum, but it will get more traffic here.

A couple days ago, google started acting a little funny. Slow load times, but no big deal. Now, google won't load at all, a lot of youtube videos won't load, and some other select webpages (bodybuilding forum) won't load either.

No problems with liveleak, arfcom, e-mail, etc.

Is this an IP problem? It affects all computers in my home (two laptops and a desktop, all sharing one router), even when Norton or McAfee is disabled.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Any ideas? Verizon told a non-tech-savvy family member who called to go pound sand, I'll call them later about it.

Stop using Internet Explorer.

Start using Firefox.

This problem persists with Firefox as well.

Try restoring your computer to a date before this problem began.

Go to Programs, Accessories, System Tools, then System Restore, follow the prompts. This might fix it.

Good luck.

On the phone with Verizon right now, this one isn't giving me a run-around regarding the issue as far as I can tell. If they can't do anything about it, then I'll try system restore. Thanks.

I'm still thinking that this is some kind of IP issue and not a software issue, but it shouldn't be since I've got a dynamic IP. Weird yea?

Fixed it. Narrowed the problem down to a shitty router. Thanks.
