Yes for several years. However I would not take it daily. Benzos can be habit forming and their efficacy diminishes with repeated use requiring stronger doses to have the same effect. I took them due to a Urological condition on how it relates to pelvic floor muscles. I have a freezer full of them. Generally I avoid them as they make me sweaty and give me the shits.....
Apparently some people take this shit for entertainment...no idea why
