I really hate that I can't easily pull up user info on someone that sends an IM. Unless I am missing something, the only way to get that info is to search for the user's posts, then hit User Info there. Which is OK, unless the user is not too active, and there are no recent posts to find. Is there an easier way that I am missing? If not, a User Info button in the IM section would be great!
