Salo is disgusting. Just chunk of pork fat at room temperature. I tried to choke a bite down so as not to offend the Baba.

My experience with the AK system (semi-auto only and NON-combat) has been they can get pretty damn dirty before function is affected. I have shot rifles literally dripping in grease melting off as well as rifles with actions caked in crud. |
