I won't go into all the MANY specifics; just one of the worst. Made a local "one way" move and asked the dealer where to return the truck. He gave me the address of a dealer that had been out of business for a month!
I did call "customer service" to complain. After almost an hour waiting for a representative, I was finally connected to the biggest and best "excuse-maker" I have ever encountered.
Advice: If you ever have to rent a moving van, go to Ryder or anyone other than these asshats.
