Anybody have any experience with these?

I know, I know, UTG, but it looks like a pretty clever design.

Looking to put a bipod on my PA-10 with M-lok rail.

Amazon Product
  • Directly attaches to m-lok handguards at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions
  • Ergonomic spring loaded slide locking ring for quick and effortless bipod deployment
  • Lightweight aircraft grade aluminum construction finished in a matte black anodize

I know.

I don't own anything UTG.

This why I ask if anyone has any experience with this thing because it looks like kind of a sleek design IMO.

I'll wait until Leapers comes out with a copy.

Actually looks like a cool design.

I am tagging for info. People scoff at utg stuff. But I have 2 of their stocks and probably 6 or more sets of their aluminum back up sights. They are solid stuff. Until someone shows me that their 200.00 irons or their 150.00 butt stock beat a utg in anything other than true abuse. I have no issue with utg.

Well it is called "flex". Like that's something you want in a bipod

I do have a lot of experience with the UTG Recon 360 and think that is a better design.

QD on and off of a pic rail with some float.

I don't think I would like the bipod on more or less permanently attached without an allen wrench.

I really like some flex in the Bipod.

Bipods that are rigidly set don't allow for variations in the shooting position.

The only UTG I have bought was their USA made UTG Pro slim rail.

It has been solid.

I'd bet this one is made in China.

I've used their Pro Series rail for about 8 months without issue.  Their "PRO" line is US made, quality stuff.  I have no idea about this bipod though.

I don't know about those, but I have the CAA rail mounted bipods and they make the rifle really, really wide.

Bingo, this is the key to UTG stuff. The US made gear is excellent ( I have no shame in saying a have a few pieces), and can stand up to use. The Chinese goods are what perpetuates a bad name.

Honestly, they shoot themselves in the leg by not having a different name entirely for the US made line..
