I am interested in updating my Trust to ensure no complications should upon inheritance. I live in Florida. I have two questions that I'm hoping some RKIs can answer:
1. I previously updated my Schedule A and the Assignment of property, should this change have been notarized for FL compliance? 2. What lawyers are within an hour or so from Tampa that are qualified to review/update a trust that contains NFA firearms? Thanks. |
