Is there a program out there that you can download that allows you  to track how much data you use on your computer? Is there a program already in the computer?I need to find out how much I'm using a month so that I can determine if an aircard is a good solution for me. Thanks?

Maybe something like MRTG will work for you. Google it.

A couple that come to mind are DU Meter and Net Meter. Is that the functionality you seek?  I believe these are both for purcahse, but if you search enough you'll find some freeware.  If I remember when I get to the other computer, I'll look for the freebie I downloaded.  It's been too long and I don't remember the name.

I think I found options over at dslreports.com i nthe software forums searching on bandwidth meters.

Um...looks like there are multiple NetMeter products.  I think this freee one is what I downloaded: http://www.metal-machine.de/readerror/

Is there any way to use this without having a company. It asks for company name as a required field, also the phone thing. Thanks

If it was me I'd just make something up and enter it not worrying about accuracy.

Several routers are tracking this now as well due to some ISP's placing restrictions on monthly download totals.
