This question is not about ceramic tile but about vinyl tile. I am building a house (see my other thread) and am working out the details in the materials. I will be finishing the interior. I was looking at flooring materials and saw something neat. There is a new vinyl tile out there that looks like ceramic and feels like ceramic. You glue it down and then use real grout in between the tiles. Makes the floor look just like real tile but not nearly as cold. Has anyone here used this stuff and what did you think about it? My wife isn't crazy about ceramic because she doesn't want glasses to break when dropped on the floor. Also, ceramic can be somewhat cold in the winter. Any input???? |
