I need to cut a 20tpi UNC 60 deg thread but can't figure out how to calculate the depth.
My guesstimate is .075 but my trig is crap.
Can anyone please help?

For an American standard unified inch screw thread with 20tpi, the depth of a sharp V thread is .04330.
