I want one badly. Sig claims 2" groups at 50 yards. Holds 19 9mm or 14 .40 cal.

$2500 retail. Ouch!!!!

What do you guys think of it?

Thats purty. But 2500 is a little steep. I'd rather buy two AR's : )

I absolutely LOVE SIGs but I'll pass on this one $2500 is WAY too steep. I could but 2.5 GSRs for that much. I think this one is aimed to the IPSC/USPSA though. It's much to heavy for IDPA (41oz limit).

"High Speed. No Drag. Only one pistol rivals the legendary P210 for accuracy and it’s called the X-Five. Capable of delivering under 2” groups at 50 yards, the new P226 X-Five redefines high performance with its factory tuned single-action trigger – that’s right, we said single-action – 5” slide and barrel, ergonomic wood Nill grips with beavertail, ambidextrous thumb safety and stainless slide and frame with magwell. Built on the proven P226 platform, the new X-Five is ready to race right out of the box."

Magazine capacity is a little low for a competition pistol.
I can see it showing up in the hands of the
"I bought the most expensive one" type guys though.

The P226 shoots groups tight enough to suit me. I am into combat handguns, not target pistols. And the P226 is whole helluva lot more affordable.
