The chick who does the French cooking is good, not great, but good.  Plus she doesn't pronounce words in an annoying way like a certain "Italian" cook does on her show.  (Pancetta is pronounced pan-chet-uh not PAIN-CHAY-TAH!)  

At any rate the cynic in me says it's all crap and will quickly devolve into stupid ass cooking contests with the goofiest ingredients imaginable.
