The Ghetto Bentley.

Actually, I like the looks of the new one. It has that old school Lincoln "Yes, I ferry Mafia hitmen around in the back seat, get the hell out of my way" look going on. I know they have a good 5 body trunk on them, too.

Just needs less traction control and more power...

Bash it all you want but the underpinnings are essentially that of a Benz E class and therefore make it an incredible highway inhaler without making it too ponderous around town.

Eh, a gen or two old, but yeah. That's one of the reasons I like them. They were actually engineered by Ze Germans.

Now it's going to be the Italians mucking around with a joint German/American venture. That can only end well.

Rented one about 5 years ago.  Although I don't like the look a whole lot, it was pretty nice. My only complaint was the (now normal) high door panels and small windows.

Of course, you have to deal with the notorious aging problems that Chrysler products have...

Maybe people like it because it looks like an Audi A8.

You think the 300 is bad. I had a 200 as a rent a car and that thing was horrific.

Side impact standards/airbags have kinda dictated that high waisted look on all newer cars. I hate it.

The 300s are decent cars, they are not aging well though, they already look dated/played out. And no, they aren't fooling anybody (not a Bentley).

Just the thing to drive when you take your Baby-Momma to Olive Garden, preferably decked out in head -to-toe Ed Hardy wear while you do it.

I had the previous body style as a company car and it was atrocious.  Horrible ride, noisy, bad gas mileage and pieces of the dash board were falling off at 40,000 miles.  The 2010 charger that replaced it is only slightly better but reliability is suspect.

Bottom line I wouldn't spend my own money on them.

I guess I'll be the first to admit he has one. Not really a fan of Chrysler but I have had zero issues with it in 6 years.  Wasn't particularly looking for it at the time but being 6'6 it was one of the few cars I could fit in comfortably without sitting in the back seat.  I've been a fan of large RWD cars since my first Delta 88.  I went the family man route and got an SUV now but the wife still drives the 300.

I've got a 2010 SRT8 model and it is aging very nicely. I love the look on people's faces when my big "family car" chirps 2nd gear as I pull away from a light.

There's one near me with a Bently body kit.  From behind it made me do a doubletake when I was a ~1/4 mile back...

Rapper and pimp wannabes... I don't know a single reputable person that drives a 300 around here, and very few are driven by anything but blacks.

At least 3/4 of the local ones have aftermarket Dubs, or cheap knockoffs.

As many problems as I've had from my Ram, I've made that decision myself.

Ram Tough, my ass.
