Radio/Nav question. As earlier posted, new to me 2012 911 S (991). Is it worth updating the PCM/Map? Can I get Apple Car Play on factory unit if I do? If not, any major downside to new (professional done) aftermarket unit with Car Play, backup camera, etc. Thanks. |

Ended up not being anything internal. There’s a oil vapor separator that failed. It’s bypassing oil straight into the manifold and it’s cracked so it’s also covered the outside of the manifold too. I mean. Let's be honest. Color is just a concept. It is just a way for us to look at something and describe it to someone else. What I see as yellow might be blue to you. Or rather. I passed on this and just upgraded the amp and speakers, kept the PCM. Feature I really miss is HD Radio. Apple Car Play is nice but I’m ok without it personally. |

Add tax, ADM (if you can't find an allocation without it) and any other features and you're likely at $220k+.
