I just heard from credible sources that he was in Downtown Las Vegas the week before, trying to get hotel rooms at various hotels. There were no rooms available, so he did not get a room. He was dropping shit loads of money trying to get a comp room, but they didn't have one available. The Life is Beautiful music festival was downtown the week before. He was planning this. This was not a hot headed moment. He knew what he was doing, well in advance.
