Watching tonight. Forgot how good it is |

Took someone long enough. Terminator is one of my favorite movies, of any genre. |

Would have been interesting if Lance Henriksen had gotten the role. The original idea was that he would be someone that would blend in. Arnold doesn't exactly blend. Well the guy that blended in was T2, which was also really good. I can't imagine the T1000 being anyone but ahnold, though. |
That's what I'm talking about

Watching tonight. Forgot how good it is Wrote this on Arf a couple years back: I have the script, the SOF magazine article on it and I bought a SPAS-12 because of it. The movie is so taught, no fat on it at all. The best movies are done by hungry directors on a shoestring budget. So many cool small things in that movie, some of the radio chatter in the future flashforward "My spotters got a bad paw, so we're cutting short the patrol." Also, watch the GSD at the Tiki Motel. It doesn't bark when a huge truck skids near it, but as soon as the Terminator gets near it, it goes apeshit. So. Cool. |

Wasn't she holding an XM177 type AR in that scene? |

Kinda like the space program, it seems the true art and genius has been lost over time as we've "advanced". Quoted:

They are still like...the best movies ever. |

Quoted: Sarah's gonna get some Reese pretty soon. The whole set-up...the picture in the flashback, the music(the MUSIC), and the climax. Then the reveal that she was thinking about him when the picture was taken--simply transcendent. |

I thought it was a Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 or something like that, at least originally. |

That was the most passionate, meaningful sex scene ever filmed. The whole set-up...the picture in the flashback, the music(the MUSIC), and the climax. Then the reveal that she was thinking about him when the picture was taken--simply transcendent. Quoted:

I think it might be in the third movie that they refer to him openly as a T-800. I think the same may be true in the show. They called a later model the T-888. |

The blonde chick with the bob really moves around. |

it really holds up well... and i love everything about it... how it starts, how it progresses.. it's so anti blockbuster that i don't think a studio would make a flick like it these days. Agreed. This Terminator is best Terminator. The entertainment industry has done it's best to kill art, and people are falling for it. |
