Very nice!
1.5" with a 10-shot group and off a bipod is almost exactly what I could do consistently with good ammo. Every once in a while, some of the groups would edge closer to 1', but the average for a bunch of groups in a day was probably about 1.5" I like to see that I am in good company. |

I blame the vertical stringing on the fact that I was resting the pistol grip on my wrist. I think if I'd used a sand sock or something, it would have been smaller. Could be the ammo Rule of thumb , horizontal stringing is wind , vertical is uneven loads ( powder volume , neck tension , OAL , etc ) .....usually from automated ammo production and powder measurement . And try resting the heal of your butt stock (instead of your pistol grip) on your weak hand next time . |
