I have one and I have seen insurance adjusters use the same when inspecting roof damage.

255 lb weight limit? Not recommended for Arfcom members.

I have the large version of the Little Giant that I got on a deal at Costco. Actually it wasn't that much less than the normal retail version but you get a lot of additional free stuff in the package that would normally cost extra.

The only place they are really good is when you are trying to get into an attic from inside a closet. The rest of the time you want a folding or extension ladder.
