Cheese Sauce. Land O'lakes American Deli cheese or Boars Head American Deli Cheese 1.25 - 1.50 lbs. These two cheeses have high melting properties.
3/4 cup of Milk, 1/4 cup of water. Pre cut cheese or shredded melts faster on the stove in a pot.
Stir until blended. If it turns out to thick you can add Milk lightly to thin it out. You can also save the sauce and Microwave it adding milk to it to thin it down again to reuse

Tater Tot Potato Skins
11 ingredients
Meat
• 1 cut into 4-inch pieces 4-6 slices bacon
Produce
• 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
• 1 Green onion, large thin. "Optional "
• 2 lbs Ore-ida tater tots or of your Choice.
Baking & Spices
• 1/8 tsp Black pepper, ground
• 1/4 tsp Hungarian Hot Paprika
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Oils & Vinegars
• 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Dairy
• 1 cup Mexican cheese blend.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425?.
Thaw tater tots in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high until soft, 4-6 minutes.
In small bowl, mix oil, Parmesan, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. Brush that on the tots.
Vegetable spray Jumbo Muffin tin, Mold about 15 tots into each section of a jumbo muffin pan like a bowl. Brush oil mixture over the tots. Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 25 minutes.
In the meantime, cook bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until crisp; transfer to paper towel to drain.
Remove tots from the oven, fill them with cheese and bacon. Return to oven until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.
Let cool slightly before gently removing them from the muffin pan with a fork or spoon. Top with sour cream and green onions or what ever you choose.
