Wife and I are looking for inexpensive homes or land that we can place a manufactured home on in the Tampa area.  We'd like to be within 30-45 minutes of downtown Tampa.  We saw a few homes for good prices in the city of Riverview south of Brandon.  Can anyone tell me what that area is like?  Crime, demographics, etc.?
