What's the easiest way to add RCA input to a TV that only has coaxial?

Use a VHS player? Or do they some sort of adapter?

It is called an RF modulator all major electronics stores have them and Wal Mart does too, but blading and a disengage is required.

no adaptor exists that I know of.
