Nothing like tooth pain. Take a knee, face out, drink water? No really, Motrin is your friend. 800mg. Only thing that got close to touching my tooth pain.

This. If you have tooth decay that has made it to the nerve, this is likely what you'll need. BTDT x2

Use room temperature mouthwash works best, its an antiseptic...It will hurt unless you let it warm up on the oppisite side of your mouth for a second before directing to the infected side of your mouth. Let the tooth soak for at least 30 seconds, the longer the better. In addition it ill fight the infection causing the pain. Depending on the infection you may need to repeat every 20 minutes.

Sore throat spray works to keep it numb and applies alot easier than the gel. It works as well as Anbesol numbing gel and last just as long.

Trust me though the Mouthwash is the best to relieve the pain than anything else.

I have a British persons mouth full of teeth. Here is a photo.

Ummm,,,,, My vote goes for Dentist. Broke a tooth once. That pain is unbelievable. If it was in an extremity, you could adapt and cope. A tooth is right under your brain. That's where the real you lives...... It is indescribable and unescapable..... Go see a dentist, or suck start a .357.

Any kind works, scope, generic walmart, and listerene in all flavors have proven to work for me. I dont swish around except for a few seconds, seems to work best soaking for long as possible.

Yes, the mouthwash thing works.... Scope or Listerine will do the job..

I've been where you are with tooth pain and mouthwash does indeed help quite a bit.. As does a good double dose of tylenol.. Take two tylenol at a time and see how that knocks off your tooth pain.

I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Depends if it can be pulled, or if you need it surgically extracted.

Regular extractions seem to run $50-$100 and surgical extractions up to about $300

Call around and ask rates...

but beware, the cheapest may indeed be a fucking hack.

I Just had a broken tooth pulled. Cost was $250 with gas and awesome pain meds for a week plus antibiotics. The pain may go away after a week or so....but will return eventually if the tooth is damaged in some way. Root canal will cost big money

Its the worst pain ever. Honestly cold water/mouthwash was the only thing that helped me. I was rincing and swishing it in my mouyh every 3min for days...i couldnt sleep from the pain for about 5days until it was pulled. Miserable pain

Warm salt water works albeit only temporarily.  I got about $30K in my mouth so I feel your pain.  Go to the dentist.  The longer you wait, the more painful it will get and the more expensive it will be to fix.  Today my friend.  If you don't have the funds, find a dentist that has a Care Credit plan.  It's a medical/dental credit card that doesn't charge interest if you pay it off in 12 months.

GO TO THE DENTIST TODAY.

$1025.

At least it was last Thursday.

(wait ... these other much cheaper figures must be for just yanking it. I had it pulled and prepped for an implant, so I guess that's the difference).
