Took the pup for a walk along the river today and spotted this little guy hanging out in a tree. Live in West Tennessee.

No idea about the first or second pic, but the third pic is a Golden Tabby Viper and the fourth pic is a White Hot Heeled Viper

The third one isn't venomous, but I make no promises about the fourth ...

Rat or chicken snake depending on who you ask

Kinda like everything dark colored is a water moccasin when in reality it's a yellow belly water snake that lacks poison

Looks kind of like a Rat Snake. Non-venomous, eats rats and mice.

She's poisonous alright but I've developed an immunity by subjecting myself to small amounts over many years.

Some type of rat snake.




They all look like that when they are young, but can be many different colors as adults.




They are good to have around.

Normally I'd say Corn Snake, but the top of the head and color make me think Western Fox, although older Corn Snakes will go bald or loose the color on top of the head.  Unfortunately the belly of a snake often times is the key to a positive ID.
