There's the NASCAR connection, but I think I remember Sunoco running a contest also. If they spot your car with the decal, you could win free gas or something along those lines.

I know they're pushin the crap out of their gas cards. I've gotten 2 "YOU'RE APPROVED" letters from them in the last 2 weeks!! Maybe they give you a sticker for signing up.

Sunoco is the official gas of NASCAR, which is probably it.
