I'm looking for an inexpensive one to train with. Phone shot timers have no worked for me in my experience. It would be nice if it could pick up suppressed .22LR but that's a luxury.

I like the CED 7000.  As shot timers go, it's "inexpensive", but still in the $120 range.  I like it because it's small, light, easy to use.  I can run with one while shooting and it isn't like running with a brick attached to me like some of the larger timers.  The buzzer is LOUD, the screen is easy to read in bright light, and the microphone has good sensitivity adjustment.

CED and PACT both make excellent timers.  The CED timers have more really cool features.

Finding anything that will reliably pick up suppressed .22 is probably going to be a no-go.
