Why are there never any threads listed when I click on the Subscriptions button? I have been a team member for quite a while and have never been able to get this to work.

First off, are you clicking the subscribe button to actually subscribe to the threads you want? I'm assuming so, but have to ask  .
After that, go to your "subscriptions" page, and just above where your subscribed threads would show up, there is a link to the filter settings "Click >> to open options and select community filters". You can go through and select the communities you'd like to view subscribed threads from. I believe clicking the "classic subscribed threads" box will show threads from all communities. Then "save settings" and "submit". Hope this solves your problems! |

Ok, that works for threads that I suscribe to by clicking the Subscribe button, but what about threads that I have posted in but not clicked the button for ? Shouldn't those threads get listed automatically? Or am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks! |

Ok, that works for threads that I suscribe to by clicking the Subscribe button, but what about threads that I have posted in but not clicked the button for ? To find threads you've posted in, but not clicked the subscribe button for, you'll have to use the "search" function. Just search for posts you've made in threads in "x" forum, over "x" amount of time. Posting in a thread saying "tagscribe" or whatever, is not the same as subscribing to the thread. |
