Of the three diferrent parenthesis on the keyboard, [ ], { }, and (), is there a standard format / use for each different type in normal use (excluding programing, math equations, etc.) I need to get a book like the one I had back in high school which had all of the standard formats for business letters, memos, etc. I'd replace my CRC handbook too if they weren't so expensive. | Thanks for the link. I've seen brackets used in a few news stories lately (in places that you would nnormally see parenthesis) and was wondering about the acceptability of the subitiution. My little finger can fiind the brackets a little easier than the parenthesis when typing and, being lazy, I was thinking about the subistition. |
