It's not so much a problem, but an annoyance.  My 2 year old was banging away at the keyboard while Firefox was up.  Now, when I click on any area of a webpage a cursor comes up there, like on Word, etc.  My "home" and "end" and "pgup" and "pgdn" keys don't work now.  How do I fix it?

Restart the computer.

If that doesn't work, then I would say you have a stuck key/keys.  The keyboard might be broken.

To fix the buttons press "Scroll lock" Upper right button next to "Pause/Break" and "Print Scrn" see if that helps?

I don't think I'm following you with the "cursor comes up" part.

Maybe I need a scroll lock button on my laptop.  I don't seem to have one.  I'm sure a combination of keys was pushed and I don't know what it did.  It's just annoying since I was in a habit of pushing the home key and going to the top of a page and the end key for the bottom.  Oh, well.
