If I send a minor porn, it's child abuse and they're the victim. I go to jail, nothing happens to the kid.
If I take naked pictures of a minor, it's child porn and they're the victim. I go to jail, nothing happens to the kid. If a minor sends another minor naked pictures of herself, then neither is a victim, and they should all go to jail. The law: How do it work? |

Those are the stupidest laws. Holy shit kids will be kids back in the day it was show me yours and I will show you mine. Now it is I'll take a pic of me and send it to you.

They had better expect to prove criminal intent in that possession of CP charge if they expect it to stick.
Merely having it sent to you without your consent isn't going to get a conviction. The phones that received it, however, will be seized and destroyed. |
