As long as you eat the same amount, it will be for a while. You have to increase intensity if you want to continue to have results though.

To do what?  Lose weight?

I'm not sure that workout will do to much.  Figure 10 minutes of running will burn ~100 calories.  So a couple hundred more w/rowing.  Not overly effective, but perhaps some minimal/slow loss.

I do 20 minutes on an exercise bike everyday.  I lose weight and feel better.  You are moving and it will help

What is this workout stuff you talk about? Never heard of it. Although I should get an odometer on my wheelchair just to see how far I go every day at work. For the four hours today I bet I went at least two miles in a confined area of about 900 square feet with all the shit I did.

Hiking has worked for me. On days where I wouldn't have stayed at the gym or did extra laps at the track, having a set turnaround point helps force me to follow through  with getting the time in. You could do the same thing on a bike. It's out and back.. You aren't done until you are back. It's a little harder to say "fuck it than a stationary bike or rowing machine.

I have a mountain near my place that I can haul ass up in 28 minutes, or put weight in a bag and stretch it to 40-45 mins. Either way I go to the top, so that's a measurable time/distance daily activity that helped me get active again.

This.

I started with rowing and bicycling. About 20 minutes total at first. After awhile i was up to 3 hours a day and getting a workout but not a great one.

Ive been slacking off but i plan on going to weights soon and just doing the others here and there.

I have terrible genitics. Im just a portly motherfucker. Rode a bike 12 to 17 hours a week for 9 months and went from 255 pounds to 248. Lost 6 inches on my waist and 1.5 shirt sizes, but only 7 pounds.

Im 5'8.75"ish by the way.

Ive sharpened my diet a lot and hovering around 240 to 242 now.

I mix running / cycling with weights....not really effective in strength gains or weight loss if I don't spend 1.5 hrs or so min at the gym about 4 times a day...

Lately I've been preferring no gym and a nice bowl of cereal at midnight.  I get awesome gains....

Do it first thing in the morning. Before eating.  But it’s a start.
