So I was reading Harvester's archived Spam contest thread and Photokirk's chicken fried spam inspired me. It really was everything I hoped for and more. Pillsbury biscuits w/ Kroger brand sausage gravy w/ Farmer John breakfast sausage, black pepper, and a bit of bacon grease, two eggs over easy medium, bacon, and Spam breaded with a beaten egg with lots of pepper and flour.

Looks good, but I am only giving it a 6/10.
-1 for mouse size serving of bacon -1 for packaged gravy mix -2 for non-scratch made biscuits. |

Those eggs are "over easy"?
ETA: from WIKI: 'Over easy', also called 'over light or runny' — cooked on both sides; the yolk is a thin liquid, while the egg white is fully cooked |

Good job, I'll give you a 9.5 out of 10. The only deduction is for the non-scratch made gravy, you already had bacon grease.

I concur with the others who give you 10/10!
Don't listen to the rhetoric about broken yolks; you already have gravy, and fried eggs are GOOD that way! Also, a big attaboy for the Sriracha (I think it escaped the notice of most, but not me!). Huy Fong FTW!
