On my shitty-ass Time Warner cable, I can watch FX or Speed in std-def, but they don't carry either channel in hi-def.  However in the On Demand section, shows are available from both FX-HD and Speed-HD.

Tell me about it.  My friend lives 40 miles from the east and has Cox cable and gets twice the number of HD channels.  He even gets Fox news HD.

Up until about a month ago we didn't even get USA or Discovery HD
