Many signs point to Somalia.  From the looks of it, Al Quaeda is probably already operatong out of the country and might try to do it moreso.  I know most people here hate Clinton for not doing a good enough job there, but why doesn't Bush clean house?  It would be easy since he wouldn't care what other people thought, right?
